THE IDEA
\nOn the occasion of our Club’s 90th anniversary, we embraced the Merriam-Webster definition of service as “contribution to the welfare of others.”
With the aim of building on the many initiatives we have carried out in our local community over the years, we chose Social Street Food as our three-year service project. <\/p>\n

The project<\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/span>This is a social reintegration project for the residents of the Piccola Casa Federico Ozanam ODV Association, for which an information sheet is attached.<\/p>\n

As a long-established institution in our local area, the Association needs no introduction.
\nDuring our preliminary assessment, we particularly appreciated the fact that Piccola Casa Federico Ozanam is no longer simply a shelter, but has evolved into a welcoming residential community. Its mission has shifted towards supporting the social and employment reintegration of its residents.
To achieve this, the Association has developed tailored programmes for its residents, supported by a multidisciplinary team consisting of a social worker and professional educators. <\/p>\n

Social Street Food is an expression of this transformation. It is an ambitious project developed within the Piccola Casa Federico Ozanam ODV Association and made possible through the professionalism of the many people who contribute to it in different roles.
